I struggled to think of a word at first but soon decided on Progress as this year we're looking to make some changes and Progress to the next stage in our lives, to make Progress and move forward.
I struggled to find a photo of the two of us together so scrapped this silly photo from New Year's Day when we were walking off our (my) hangovers. As it was a black & white photo I was able to go for nice bright colours. I used papers from Simple Stories I Heart Summer and Homespun as the colours worked great together despite being from different collections.
For my title I used some Thickers from a Pebbles birthday collection. For embellishments I used a Flair from American Crafts, chipboard hearts from Teresa Collins, tags from Elle's Studio and Dear Lizzy & a chipboard button from Alison Kreft.
Jess, your layout is absolutely wonderful! I love the word you picked, your fun b&w photo, and how you interpreted this challenge! Awesome page!!!
